Ham with banana

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 thick slice of white ham
  • 1 C. fresh cream
  • 1 C. grated Gruyère
  • 1 tip of curry
  • salt
  • pepper.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6).
Peel the banana.
Season with salt and pepper and add a hint of curry powder.
Wrap the banana in the slice of ham and place in a small baking dish.
Pour the cream and cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
