5 anti-migraine massages: toes

Used in reflexology, the pressures of the nerve endings of your toes lessen your tensions ... and therefore the pain, by promoting the circulation of energies. As in acupuncture, you will press the opposite foot to your migraine ... or both, one after the other!

  • Sit comfortably leg up with your foot resting on the opposite thigh.
  • First relax your entire foot by rolling it between the palms of your hands.
  • Once your foot is relaxed, massage each toe in turn starting with the small one: press firmly the end of your thumb on the outer face and hold the pressure 2 minutes on each toe.
  • If, arriving at the thumb, these 10 minutes of massage were not enough, change foot and start again ... from the beginning.
