Apple or pear, and if you hide fruits in delicious crispy slippers? A dessert recipe to please little gourmets at tea time.

For 4 slippers:

  • 1 roll of puff pastry ready to roll out
  • 2 jars of fruit compote
  • 1 apple or 1 pear
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Granulated sugar
  • 1 bowl on board

Preheat your oven to 210 ° C (item 7).

Unroll the puff pastry. Press an inverted bowl onto the dough to cut out disks. Remove the excess dough.

Peel the fruit and cut it into thin slices. On each disc of dough, place on a half a few pieces of fruit and a tablespoon of compote.

Fold the second half over the first and weld the edges by pinching the dough with your fingers moistened with water.

Brush the top with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes on the parchment paper of the dough.
