A gynecologist can do it but a midwife or a general practitioner also. They will conduct a review and they will give you a three-part document titled "First Prenatal Medical Examination". To formally declare your pregnancy, you will then have to send the pink section to Health Insurance, which will then send you a maternity card, and the blue sheets to your Caf.
