An express recipe of dumplings to impress your family in a jiffy! In addition, mint offers a pleasant exotic flavor.

Ingredients:

For 4 people

  • 500 g chopped steak
  • 1 small bouquet of mint
  • 2 onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 10 cl of olive oil.

Preparation:

Wash, dry and finely chop mint. Peel and chop the onions. Mix the meat, mint, onions, egg and bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper.

Form the meatballs and put them on a plate. Heat the oil in a skillet. Put the meatballs about 6 minutes, turning them over and over. Place them on paper towels.

Serve them with yoghurt sauce.
