Here are some pretty exotic meatballs to make your taste buds travel.


For 4 people :

  • 500 g chopped chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 C. nuoc-mâm soup
  • 160 ml of coconut milk
  • 60 ml of oyster sauce
  • fresh coriander.


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (th.6-7).
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them. Wash the coriander and chop it.
In a salad bowl, mix the minced meat, flour, oyster sauce, nuoc-mâm, minced garlic, coconut milk and chopped coriander.
Oil a muffin tin. Arrange a large tablespoon of dough in each mold cavity.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Offer these dumplings with soy sauce aside and Thai rice sprinkled with fresh coriander, chopped just before serving.
